Our unit has at present six Haemodialysis machines including one reserved for Hepatitis B patients. There is a room for future expansion. It is equipped with a reversed osmosis water treatment system and an automated computerized reprocessing system. A separate system is reserved for Hepatitis B cases. 

To ensure patient comfort, the unit is very spacious and television sets are installed to entertain them during their dialysis. Counselling on diet and health education are provided by the Nursing Staff in the unit, which is comprising of two staff nurses (one who is renal trained) and two assistant nurses on each shift. 

The consultant physician in charge review the patients daily in the unit.
